Chapter Philanthropy and Service

"To prepare for service and learn the nobility of serving"

We  participate in many community activities and we incorporate service into many of our events.   We have held canned food drives, clothing drives, pet supply drives, school supply drives and toy drives.   We also support survivors at the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks in our area.  

COMING EVENTS:  

MSABC is our biggest philanthropic event each year!

We anticipate 25,000-30,000 people coming to each walk, with 300-400 survivors in each  tent on
October 26th in Huizenga Park, Ft Lauderdale
October 27th at FAU, Boca Raton

We will greet survivors, pass out swag bags & t-shirts, and pin pink ribbons on them. You can volunteer as much or as little time as you have to give that day. Volunteers are needed from 7am-11am.

We will continue with our effort to collect pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House. We were able to collected a LOT of tabs last year, and had a nice time dropping them off in the special house-shaped collection bin.
